Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assess their service needs

- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services

- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work

- Recommend necessary services based on vehicle inspections

- Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues

- Upsell additional services or products as needed

Experience:

- Previous experience in automotive service or sales

- Knowledge of automotive repair, diesel engine repair, and mechanical systems

- Familiarity with dealership operations and auto service management

- Strong sales skills to promote services and products

- Ability to work collaboratively with mechanics and other team members
